Process of subscribing this consultation package 

Step 1: Initial Discussion & Needs Analysis 

Stakeholder Meeting: Introductory session with School Management. Needs Assessment: Identifying specific school goals, current challenges, and long-term expectations. 

Step 2: School Diagnosis & Proposal 

Comprehensive Audit: Academic, operational, and classroom-level diagnosis to identify gaps. 

Customized Roadmap: Delivery of a tailored consultation plan including specific milestones and timelines. 

Step 3: Agreement & Documentation 

MOU Signing: Formalizing the partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding. 

Contract Duration: 1 Year fixed term. 

Clarity of Scope: Detailed definition of roles, responsibilities, and specific deliverables. 

Step 4: Payment Terms 

The consultation fee is structured to ensure commitment and steady progress throughout the academic cycle. 

First Installment: 

Amount: 50% of the total consultation fee. 

Timing: Payable immediately upon the signing of the MOU. 

Second Installment: 

Amount: Remaining 50% of the total consultation fee. 

Timing: Payable according to the agreed mid-term timeline.
