First of all thank you so much to Priyanka ma’am for today’s wonderful session. सुरुमा हामीले ECD कक्ष्यामा गरेका कार्यहरू सबै सान्दर्भिक छन् भन्ने लागेको पनि अझै हजुरबाट लागेको यो workshop बाट हामीबाट पनि केही कुरामा कमी भएको महसुस भयो। बच्चाहरू आफैंमा कोही दोषी हुँदैनन्। उनीहरूलाई badmas वा दोषी बनाउन धेरै पर्छ भन्ने कुरामा मबाट पनि कमी हुन गएको रहेछ। अब यस —— मैले भन्न गर्नेछु। Staff lesson plan भन्दा पनि 1st priority mind setup भन्ने कुरा कति योग लाग्यो।

हामीले एउटा प्रशिक्षण लिएका थियौँ। उक्त प्रशिक्षणमा सहभागी हुन पाउँदा धेरै खुसी लाग्यो। यस प्रशिक्षणबाट हामीले धेरै नयाँ कुरा जान्यौँ, तर केही विषयमा हामी अझै अनजान रहेछौँ भन्ने पनि बुझ्न पायौँ। यस प्रशिक्षणले हामीलाई साना बालबालिकालाई कसरी व्यवहार गर्ने, उनीहरूको व्यवहारमा कसरी सकारात्मक परिवर्तन ल्याउने भन्ने कुरा सिकायो। बच्चाहरूको मस्तिष्क विकास कसरी सहयोग गर्ने, उनीहरूको रुनु, कराउनु र चिच्याउनुजस्ता व्यवहारमा कसरी सुधार ल्याउने भन्ने विषयमा पनि स्पष्ट बुझाइ प्राप्त गर्यौँ। बच्चाहरूले गल्ती गरे पनि उनीहरूलाई बुझेर, धैर्यका साथ मार्गदर्शन गर्नुपर्छ भन्ने कुरा यस प्रशिक्षणबाट सिक्न पायौँ।
