Yesterday, We had the privilege of facilitating a one-day workshop on **Emotional Regulation & Positive Handling in Early Years**, and moments like these remind me why this work matters.
What made this room so special wasn't just the learning, t was the diversity. We had ''20 passionate professionals'', from our youngest participant to our ''75-year-old learner'', all coming together with one shared purpose: to better understand children.
Doctors. Psychiatrists. Special Educator, school founders and principals. School leaders. Teachers. School counselors. Early childhood professionals.
Different backgrounds. One mission.
Throughout the day, we explored how children's behaviour is a form of communication, how emotional regulation develops, and how the adults around them have the power to shape resilient, emotionally secure children.
Learning doesn't have an age limit. Whether you're 25 or 75, there's always room to grow or ourselves and for the children who depend on us.
Thank you to every participant for your curiosity, openness, and commitment to creating emotionally safe spaces for children. This is exactly how meaningful change begins one informed adult at a time. đź’™
