Vygotsky Child-Parent Consulting and Learning Center is proud to celebrate the successful completion of Batch 1 of the Diploma in Empowered Early Childhood Education & Resilient Teaching (ECE-RT).

This graduation ceremony marks an important milestone for our first cohort of early childhood educators who have completed an intensive learning journey focused on early childhood education, child development, practical teaching, positive discipline, inclusive education, emotional well-being, and resilient teaching practices.

The ECE-RT Diploma is designed to equip educators with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to create nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environments for young children. The programme combines theoretical learning with practical classroom observation, teaching practice, portfolio development, reflection, and assessment.

The ECE-RT Diploma goes beyond classroom theory. Participants gained practical exposure through preschool exploration, school observation, lesson planning, classroom observation, teaching activities, portfolio development, demo teaching, reflection journals, and final practicum evaluation.

This hands-on approach helps educators connect their knowledge of child development with real classroom situations and develop more responsive, compassionate, and effective teaching practices.

About the ECE-RT Diploma

The Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Resilient Teaching (ECE-RT) is a 3-month programme consisting of 12 modules. It focuses on children aged 0–7 and is delivered through both physical and online learning. The programme prepares aspiring and practicing educators, school leaders, parents, and caregivers with practical knowledge and strategies for supporting young children's development and learning.
